Job summary

NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board invites applications for a People Services Lead Officer (Band 7). The role focuses on expert HR advice, complex employee relations, and enabling compassionate people management across the cluster. You will influence organisational change and support strategic commissioning with the People Team.

Interviews are planned for mid-October at a central Leicester venue, and 40% of work spans across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

Qualifications

Post-graduate level education or equivalent experience in a related HR field.
Significant experience in politically sensitive environments.
Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).
Experience coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
Budget monitoring and planning experience.
Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide expert HR advice on complex employee relations cases across the cluster.
Deliver an operational, business-focused HR service to colleagues and managers.
Support workforce transformation and organisational change initiatives.
Collaborate with the OD team to support strategic commissioning development.
