Job summary

NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board is seeking a Band 5 HR/OD Support Officer to join the People Team and help shape a positive employee experience across our cluster.

The role covers employee relations, staff engagement, wellbeing initiatives, OD programmes, workforce data analysis, learning events and culture change projects, with 2 days on patch across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of HR/OD practice to degree level
• Certificate in Personnel Practice with willingness to work towards CIPD qualification
• Experience in an operational HR/OD role across the employee lifecycle
• Knowledge of terms and conditions of employment and organisational policies
• Advanced IT skills including MS Office and information systems

Responsibilities

• Provide HR/OD advice to managers and staff across the People Service portfolio
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate and deliver HR, OD and engagement activities
• Offer guidance on HR/OD queries and casework
• Manage HR/OD inbox queries and respond in a timely manner
