Job summary

The Bicester Collection in the UK seeks a People Reporting Analyst to join our central People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Location: Bicester Village (1-2 days in office). You will deliver trusted workforce reporting, govern data, and collaborate with People, Technology and Finance to translate data into clear business insights.

Qualifications

Practical experience producing workforce, HR or business reporting from enterprise systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS or reporting tools.
Understanding of staffing and business processes and their link to People systems.
Comfort with digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Deliver clear, trusted People reporting that turns workforce data into insight and supports evidence-based decisions across the Collection.
Keep People data accurate, well governed and secure, in line with data protection requirements.
Improve reporting by simplifying, automating and standardising processes, and help colleagues use and understand the outputs with confidence.
Work with People, Technology, Finance and business teams to understand their reporting needs and explain data in clear, commercial language.
