Job summary

The Bicester Collection is looking for a proactive People Reporting Analyst to join our central people team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based at Bicester Village, you’ll deliver trusted workforce reporting and turn data into clear, commercial insights to support decisions across the Collection.

You’ll keep People data accurate and secure, automate and standardise reporting, and collaborate with People, Technology, Finance and business teams to translate needs into actionable outputs.

Qualifications

  • Experience producing workforce, HR or business reporting from enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting or visualization tools and HRIS is advantageous.
  • Understanding staffing and business processes and their relationship with People systems.
  • Comfort with digital tools and AI-enabled solutions; openness to adopting new systems.

The role
Location:

Bicester Village (1 – 2 days per week in office)

This is a 12 month FTC
What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Deliver clear, trusted People reporting that turns workforce data into insight and supports evidence-based decisions across the Collection.
  • Keep People data accurate, well governed and secure, in line with data protection requirements.

  • People reporting: Practical experience producing workforce, HR or business reporting from enterprise systems
  • Microsoft Office & People systems: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Reporting tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel and reporting or visualisation tools; experience of HRIS platforms is advantageous
  • People processes: Thorough understanding of staffing and business processes and their relationship with People systems
  • Technology & digital fluency: Comfort working with digital tools, reporting platforms and emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions; expected to adopt new systems with confidence and contribute to a culture of digital curiosity
