Job summary

Midland Heart is seeking a Business Change Partner to drive change across projects from our Bath Row office in Central Birmingham. The role includes 3 days per week in the office with the option to work remaining days from home.

You will work with Project Delivery Managers, BAs and stakeholders to ensure change is understood, adopted and embedded for tenants and colleagues, within Midland Heart's Programme and Project Delivery function.

Qualifications

• APMG Change Management Practitioner or Prosci Change Practitioner qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to tailor structured change approaches to scale and context.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of how culture, leadership behaviour and colleague experience affect sustainable change.
• Ability to diagnose resistance and develop practical interventions.
• Collaborative approach with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Change activity across assigned projects and initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and business impact assessments.
• Develop Business Change and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Assess readiness, engagement and adoption; intervene as needed.
• Identify barriers and resistance and create interventions.
• Identify learning requirements and coordinate with Learning & Development.
• Establish and support Change Champion networks.
• Develop transition plans and support go-live and embedding.
• Provide specialist guidance and improve organisational change frameworks/tools.
