Job summary

This generalist role covers employee relations, organisational change and broader people initiatives, applying up-to-date employment law to help the business make confident decisions while delivering

Qualifications

• Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent HR expertise.
• Strong generalist HR experience with complex employee relations.
• Experience leading change initiatives and coaching managers.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• Coach managers to handle people matters confidently and fairly.
• Manage complex employee relations cases from advice to resolution.
• Apply employment legislation and case law to manage risk.
• Support restructures, TUPE and other organisational change programmes.
