Midland Heart is seeking a Business Change Partner to drive change across projects from our Bath Row office in Central Birmingham. The role includes 3 days per week in the office with the option to work remaining days from home.
You will work with Project Delivery Managers, BAs and stakeholders to ensure change is understood, adopted and embedded for tenants and colleagues, within Midland Heart's Programme and Project Delivery function.
Successful change is about more than delivering a new system, process or structure. You'll focus on the people and organisational impact of change, ensuring colleagues and stakeholders understand what is changing, are prepared for transition and are supported to adopt new ways of working.
You'll work alongside Project Delivery Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to help ensure change is successfully adopted, embedded and delivers sustainable outcomes for Midland Heart and our tenants. You'll be joining a newly established dedicated Business Change capability within our Programmes and Project Delivery function.
