Pret A Manger is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day shop operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive performance, maintain food safety and high standards, and support the General Manager in creating a thriving shop environment.

In this role you’ll mentor staff, manage front-of-house and kitchen operations as needed, and ensure the Pret experience remains outstanding for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced customer-focused environments.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, drive performance, maintain high operational and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
