Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity, building a high-performing, values-driven team.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding care, with regular visits across services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance, driving a right-first-time culture.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, authorities, GPs, and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to achieve great outcomes.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support Area Care Manager and peers by sharing best practices.
