Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager in Poynton to lead a large care service, drive performance and ensure high-quality, compliant care outcomes. You will shape culture, support staff development and build strong community links.

You will oversee service quality, governance, customer experience and financial performance, working with Area management to deliver regional objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and overall business performance.
• Understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
