Helping Hands is seeking a Registered Care Manager in Sheffield to lead the delivery of exceptional care within the local community. You will guide and inspire a team, uphold the highest quality standards, and drive a culture of safety and personalised support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams and delivering high-quality services.
• Excellent communication and relationships with partners.
• Strong budget and KPI management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality frameworks.
• Organisational and planning capabilities with pace.
• Proficient use of data and care management systems.
• Experience with external providers and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch with warmth and clarity, creating a high-performing, values-driven team.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding care, including visits, respite and Live-in services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across services and drive a right-first-time culture.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support Area Care Manager and fellow leaders by sharing best practice and embedding a culture of excellence.
