Job summary

Greene King is seeking a General Manager to lead a pub, develop your team and ensure a warm welcome for customers. You’ll lead by example, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while delivering great experiences.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, manage P&L, and maintain safe, compliant operations. A personal license may be required; strong leadership and English language skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
• Experience managing profit and loss and budget accountability.
• Fluent English with clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example to bring the Greene King brand to life through your team.
• Recruit and develop staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Be prepared to obtain a personal licence if required.
