Job summary

Greene King is seeking a General Manager for one of its Chef & Brewer pubs. You will lead by example, shaping a welcoming experience for customers and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.

You will grow pub sales, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety for customers and staff, with opportunities to advance within Greene King’s extensive brand portfolio. A personal license may be required or obtainable after appointment.

• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive business results.
• Able to recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales by working with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example to bring the brand to life and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure knowledge and customer delight.
• Champions of brand standards and safety for customers and staff.
• Possibility to acquire a personal license if not already held.
