Greene King seeks a General Manager to build a proud business, lead the team, and create a welcoming customer experience across its pubs. You’ll set the example, drive sales, ensure safety and brand standards, and develop staff to deliver memorable visits.

You’ll need strong leadership and English language skills, plus the ability to obtain a personal license if required. A commercial mindset and people-first approach are essential.

• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced settings.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience
• Ability to recruit, develop and retain teams
• Proven track record with P&L management and cost control
• Sufficient spoken and written English for safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the management team and business development manager.
• Lead by example and bring the Greene King brand to life through your team.
• Recruit and develop staff to ensure top customer service.
• Champion brand standards and maintain customer and team safety at all times.
• Be prepared to obtain or hold a personal license if required.
