Job summary

Gentrack Ltd (Global) is seeking a People Experience (PX) Business Partner for EMEA to partner with the PX Director and regional teams. The role focuses on collaborating with Product and Veovo teams across the UK, Denmark, Dubai and India to shape talent, engagement and growth.

You will drive change initiatives, blend commercial insights with people strategies, and support succession planning and leadership development within a global PX network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in People Experience roles.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams and regional leaders.
• Ability to translate data into practical people decisions.
• Degree preferred but not mandatory depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction on organisational design and change planning.
• Deliver commercial PX insights aligned with financials and cost management.
• Coach senior leaders and act as trusted advisor.
• Contribute to regional People strategy with client-group input.
• Provide expertise in talent development and succession planning.
• Advise on country legislation and market changes for regional strategy.
• Align with Talent Acquisition on sourcing needs and workforce planning.
• Support growth through effective engagement and retention strategies.
• Lead annual cycles including talent reviews and engagement surveys.
