Job summary

Epassi, Europe’s leading employee-benefits platform, seeks a Senior UK People Partner to shape the Go-to-Market org and lead talent, performance and change initiatives. You’ll be the senior People contact point for the UK within the global People Partnerships team, aligning group standards with local context.

You will operate in a hybrid model from Haywards Heath, partnering with senior leaders and driving employee relations, engagement and organisational health across markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner senior leaders as a trusted advisor on organisation, talent, performance and change.
• Lead organisation design and role-clarity work as the function scales.
• Own workforce planning and the people budget for your area with Finance.
• Own talent and succession: identify high-potential talent and manage critical-role risk.
• Lead local consultations and works council/union meetings with People Operations.
• Be the senior UK People contact point, advising Management Team on employee relations.
