Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks a Partner, PXT to support Human Resources operations across sites, focusing on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and PXT excellence.

You will work onsite with mobility to cover multiple campus sites, build partnerships with Ops and PXT teams, and help implement standard work and processes that enhance employee experience. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration, and developing capability within the PXT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Fluent English and Local language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences and guiding stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Execute key HR programs and reinforce workplace standards in partnership with PXT and Operations.
• Maintain SLAs and accurate documentation of HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Support feedback channels such as roundtables and engagement activities.
• Coach leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention.
• Support performance management with clear expectations and timely feedback.
• Assist with internal investigations, maintaining fairness and confidentiality.
• Summarize PXT-related data for site reviews and insights.
