Plexus Corp. is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive high-value aftermarket opportunities across Europe, including the UK and continental markets.

In this leadership‑oriented role, you will partner with engineering, logistics, and service delivery teams to craft winning sustainment solutions, while building executive relationships and navigating complex enterprise deals. Remote working across Europe is offered with coaching to grow into a Director role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with track record in sales or business development.
• Experience or strong exposure to electronics aftermarket services, repair/refurbishment, or reverse logistics in Europe is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel across Europe as required by customer demand.

Aufgaben

• Identify, qualify, and capture high-value aftermarket opportunities across Europe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn sustainment needs into winning solutions.
• Develop multi-level relationships with European OEMs and technology brands.
• Maintain knowledge of European aftermarket trends and regulatory dynamics to inform capture strategy.
• Sell value over price by addressing product lifecycle costs, repair speed, and service quality.
