Job summary

Onecom, the UK's leading business technology provider, is seeking a People Co-ordinator at the Whiteley office. You will support colleagues from onboarding through to career development, acting as the first contact for employee queries and ensuring smooth people processes.

This fast-paced role involves maintaining HR records, assisting payroll data, and helping deliver the People Plan while delivering a great onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR or People function.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
• CIPD qualification or working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employee queries.
• Administer the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Prepare contracts, letters, references and other docs.
• Support onboarding for new starters.
• Assist with employee relations activities and meeting coordination.
• Maintain HR records and payroll-related data.
• Produce people reports and support data analysis.
• Contribute to delivery of the People Plan.
