Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp is seeking a People Coordinator to support the People Advisory team across the employee lifecycle. You’ll handle day-to-day administration, ensuring smooth people processes and delivering a great employee experience.

You will work closely with the People Partner, People Advisor and other Coordinators on a range of initiatives, projects and people-related activity as we continue to embed evolving People Strategy.

Qualifications

• Provide first line support to employees on people-related queries.
• Maintain excellent customer service across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end administration of employee lifecycle changes.
• Continuous improvement of people processes and policies.
• Support colleagues with employment queries and information.
• Collaborate with People Partner, People Advisor and other People Coordinators on initiatives.
