Job summary

Goodstuff is seeking a People Engagement Adviser to drive a full generalist HR remit, from onboarding to wellbeing initiatives. You will partner with managers and the People Engagement Business Partner to implement ER, L&D, and recruitment activities, while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships across the agency.

You will lead entry level recruitment coordination, support training, and help evolve our People Engagement strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR adviser or coordinator role
• Background in media/advertising or creative environments preferred
• Strong EQ and active listening
• Excellent time management and organisation

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding for new joiners and manage probation reviews
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes
• Maintain HRIS/ATS and HR records
• Coordinate entry level recruitment and interview days
• Support training programmes and CPD tracking
• Handle payroll contributions monthly and PO processing
• Monitor and assist with HR budgets and spend
