Nottingham College is seeking a proactive professional to support People Services and Learning & Development. You will partner with managers to navigate people matters, promote wellbeing and engagement, and enhance the employee experience.

You’ll coordinate training, maintain learning systems and drive recognition activities while contributing to data-informed decision making across the college. You’ll combine strong administration with relationship-building at all levels, drawing on experience

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People Services, Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
• Strong administration and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage data, reports and multiple activities simultaneously.
