Job summary

• Experience in Learning & Development roles.
• Designing learning for virtual and in-person environments.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience developing training materials and learning content.
• Understanding of learning and development principles and how they support business performance.
• Experience supporting induction, talent or succession programmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning across virtual, in-person and blended environments.
