Speedy is seeking a Development Specialist - Digital Systems to join the People team in Haydock. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week) focuses on core business systems and enables colleagues to learn, grow and maximize the use of digital platforms.
You will design and deliver training across virtual, in-person and blended formats, acting as a subject matter expert and collaborating with partners to build engaging, practical learning solutions that meet business needs.

We're looking for a passionate and innovative Development Specialist - Digital Systems to join our People team and play a key role in supporting the continuous growth and development of colleagues across Speedy.
With a particular focus on core business systems, you'll help colleagues build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to get the most from the systems that support our business.
You'll work closely with People Business Partners, subject matter experts and stakeholders across Speedy to identify development needs and create engaging, practical learning solutions that meet both colleague and business requirements.
