Job summary

Hunter Adams are supporting a leading professional services organisation to appoint a People Development Manager based in Dundee. You will lead the delivery of an innovative learning and development agenda focused on performance, capability building, engagement and retention.

The role oversees onboarding and trainee programmes, supports talent and succession planning, enhances manager capability through coaching, and builds strong external partnerships with learning providers and networks.
