Job summary

Instinct Resourcing seeks an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to help deliver leadership and people development solutions for a growing portfolio of clients in the UK. The role is highly client-facing, engaging mid-management through to Director-level audiences to diagnose needs, design tailored learning interventions and deliver engaging workshops.

The role blends consultancy, learning design and facilitation, with approximately two-thirds focused on client delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development consultancy.

Our client is an established Learning & Development consultancy that partners with organisations to develop their people, leaders and teams. They are now looking to bring an experienced Learning & Development Consultant into the team to help deliver tailored leadership and people development solutions for a growing portfolio of clients.

Role Overview

This is a highly client-facing role, working with mid-management through to Director-level audiences to understand development needs, design tailored learning solutions and deliver engaging workshops and programmes.

The role will provide a strong mix of consultancy, learning design and facilitation, with approximately two-thirds of the position focused on client delivery.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, bring fresh thinking to their development needs and deliver high-impact learning interventions that create meaningful behavioural change.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to diagnose learning and performance needs
• Design immersive learning solutions aligned to client requirements
• Deliver engaging workshops, programmes and facilitated learning sessions
• Manage multiple client engagements from scoping through to delivery
• Identify opportunities to support the growth of existing client accounts
• Bring fresh ideas and external perspectives to client conversations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
• Experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Development or a consulting environment
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience designing and delivering learning interventions
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external clients
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commercial mindset with an interest in developing client relationships and identifying opportunities
