Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is seeking an experienced HR Reporting Manager to translate people data into actionable insights for People & Culture leadership. You’ll partner with the Data Office to ensure trusted dashboards and timely ad-hoc reporting. The role supports board-level storytelling and decision-making with data-driven narrative.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HR data and metrics.
• Confident user of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace across ad-hoc requests.
• Strong understanding of data protection and governance in HR.

Responsibilities

• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for P&C leadership.
• Dashboard consumption and interpretation of Power BI reports.
• Translate data into narrative for leadership.
• Liaise with People Data Analyst and Data Office on data changes.
• Flag data requirements and data quality issues.
• Apply Data Office governance standards to sensitive data.
• Build stakeholder confidence through consistent reporting.
