Job summary

GEDU is seeking an HR Analytics Manager to develop the foundations of a data-driven HR function and provide essential metrics to support management decisions.

You will drive data from the global HRIS, build dashboards, monitor headcount, recruitment and board reporting, and translate insights into action plans for senior leaders. Power BI expertise and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in establishing a HR analytics discipline in an immature landscape.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable data from inconsistent sources.
• Able to explain data & insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing international data and implementing a common lexicon.
• Experience using Power BI to develop insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop the established foundations to build a HR analytics discipline for the GEDU Group.
• Leverage tools to analyse data from the global HRIS and track impact actions.
• Support HR teams in building/maintaining dashboards to monitor key indicators.
• Identify data gaps (HRIS & offline) and remediate; monitor reporting quality.
• Manage regular reporting cycles on Headcount (monthly), recruitment (weekly) and Board reporting (bi-monthly).
• Leverage Power BI, AI and other tools to maximise insights from data/analysis.
• Provide analytical & process support in performance review/compensation/bonus review processes.
• Provide Excel/analytical support in HR matters as needed.
• Use data to drive ad hoc insights for Senior Management & stakeholders.
• Support stakeholders in interpreting analysis to develop insights & action plans.
• Fold new & acquired businesses into reporting processes as required.
