Job summary

emh is seeking a proactive People Advisor with a strong background in employee relations casework to join our team. You will ensure that all People activities align with business needs and the People Strategy.

You will take ownership of people matters across the colleague lifecycle—coaching managers, leveraging data insights and collaborating on projects that foster a culture of engagement and a positive colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a responsive and comprehensive HR/People service.
• Skilled management of a range of employee relations casework and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help build inclusive teams.
• Strong ICT abilities, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and hands-on support in managing employee relations cases and investigations.
• Partner with the leadership team to address people challenges, promote leadership development, and ensure HR practices support emh's strategic goals.
• Ensure the effective use of our People System, maintaining data integrity and GDPR compliance.
