Hugh Baird College is inviting applications for a People & Culture Apprentice. This fixed-term 15-month apprenticeship offers hands-on experience while studying towards the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship and the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

You will learn across employee administration, payroll support, HR systems, and onboarding, with support within contracted working hours. A professional, reliable approach and a drive to develop in People & Culture are key.
