Job summary

Hugh Baird College is offering a People & Culture Apprentice role at the Main Campus in Bootle. You will undertake a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship with CIPD Foundation certification while gaining hands-on experience in employee administration, payroll support, HR systems, compliance, recruitment and onboarding.

The apprenticeship runs for 15 months as a full-time fixed-term contract, with a comprehensive benefits package including 40 days holiday, LGPS, Medicash, and staff development.
