Job summary

Sainsbury's is recruiting a People Change & Deployment Partner for Retail, Digital, and Logistics. You will lead and coordinate the planning and deployment of people change and products across the portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, sequenced and aligned with operational capacity.

You will work within a matrix leadership model, collaborating with transformation teams and senior stakeholders to assess people impact, shape deployment approaches, and drive sustainable deployment

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end people change deployment in complex frontline environments.
• Ability to translate people impact into deployment plans and actions.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Retail, Digital, Logistics and People functions to shape deployment.
