SSE plc seeks a senior Change Manager to drive business readiness and user adoption across multiple digital programmes. You will apply the Digital Business Change Framework within project planning cycles, ensuring delivery teams implement effective change management and value realization.

You will guide Change Analysts, shape communications, and ensure training solutions are fit-for-purpose, transitioning to BAU with Group L&T.

Qualifikationen

• Experience across business change disciplines on large-scale transformational projects and programmes.
• Strong customer focus with stakeholder engagement and senior-level influence.
• Subject matter expertise in change management best practices.

Aufgaben

• Create a structured, systematic change experience guiding individuals and teams through change in projects.
• Represent Digital Business Change at governance forums with status reporting.
• Challenge delivery leads on business change needs and raise adoption risks to project teams.
• Oversee development of communication and engagement approaches building engagement of impacted users.
• Oversee design and delivery of integrated training solutions and handover to BAU with Group L&T.
