An established health-related charity is seeking a People Business Partner to enhance their HR function in London. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility while ensuring at least two days in the office. You will work closely with the Head of People, driving improvements and creating effective people strategies. Your expertise in HR generalist practices, employee relations, and coaching will be vital in fostering a positive workplace culture. We now have an excellent opportunity for a People Business Partner to join a brilliant health-related charity in London on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working with at least 2 days per week working at the central London offices.
Reporting to a fantastic Head of People and working as part of a small People team, you’ll work closely with your key stakeholders to understand their team priorities and translate these into people-related action plans and an excellent people experience. You’ll coach managers and leaders in complex people matters and create evidence-based solutions and interventions across the entire employee life cycle. You’ll also collaborate with the Head of People on various projects to drive improvements across the People function and advance organisational, people, and culture priorities.
While experience in the Charity sector is desirable, the client is also open to HR professionals who possess the required skills and experience and are interested in working in the Charity sector, demonstrating alignment with the organisation's ethos and values.
