Are you looking for a hybrid HR partnering role where you can get involved in key projects? Do you have TUPE and change management experience?

People Business Partner (HR Business Partner)
Location: Kensington, London SW5 0TU. The office is situated in an area with great transport links, close to Gloucester Road Underground Station.
Contract: 12 Month FTC, full-time position: 37.5 hours/week

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus fixed-term benefit allowance

Role Overview

As a People Business Partner, you will be part of our Cromwell Hospital People Team. Your main focus will be to plan and implement business interventions and projects, influence employee engagement, workforce planning, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will collaborate with teams such as Recruitment, Data & MI, Healthroster, L&D, and hospital staff. The role offers a hybrid work model, combining office and home working.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing projects and cyclical HR activities, such as engagement surveys, performance discussions, and pay reviews.
2. Providing data and metrics to monitor project progress and HR initiatives.
3. Diagnosing root causes of performance issues and developing improvement plans in partnership with stakeholders.
4. Supporting the Associate People Director with various HR activities.
5. Encouraging adoption of HR processes among managers and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strategic HR Business Partner experience, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business integration and organizational design projects.
• Experience leading HR projects affecting large employee groups.
• Excellent communication skills for reaching large audiences.
• Experience creating employee materials and toolkits.
• Proficiency in diagnosing business issues using data and MI, and proposing solutions.
• Familiarity with TUPE processes for smooth business transfers.
