People Business Partner (HR Business Partner)
Location: Kensington, London SW5 0TU. The office is situated in an area with great transport links, close to Gloucester Road Underground Station.
Contract: 12 Month FTC, full-time position: 37.5 hours/week
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus fixed-term benefit allowance

Role Overview
As a People Business Partner, you will be part of our Cromwell Hospital People Team. Your main focus will be to plan and implement business interventions and projects, influence employee engagement, workforce planning, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will collaborate with teams such as Recruitment, Data & MI, Healthroster, L&D, and hospital staff. The role offers a hybrid work model, combining office and home working.
