We are pleased to be supporting our client in the Rail sector, who are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting to a Head of Business Partnering, in this role you will be responsible for providing strategic partnership to a designated business area (client group 1000+ individuals), working with senior leaders and striving to improve operational performance and drive culture change within the organisation.

It is essential for this role that you have extensive experience operating as a strategic Business Partner within blue-collar/unionised environments with strong operational experience. It is also key that you have experience working in organisations undergoing periods of change and transformation.

This is a full-time role with an expectation to be onsite 2 days per week in London offices, with a salary on offer of £65,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits.
