Job summary

Digital Catapult Group is seeking a People Data & Systems Manager to lead the development of our people systems, analytics and reporting capabilities. You will translate people data into meaningful insights to support smarter decision-making and drive improvements across processes and tools.

The role combines systems expertise, data analysis and continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to enhance employee experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Systems/HRIS/People Analytics or workforce reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, GDPR and data quality & security.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience driving process improvement or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert and lead administrator for our People systems, ensuring data integrity, security and effective system performance.
• Develop and maintain People dashboards, reports and workforce analytics, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across People processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency and enhanced user experience.
• Manage statutory and organisational reporting requirements, including diversity, workforce and people metrics.
• Support People projects and organisational change initiatives by providing robust workforce data, analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data governance standards and best practice in relation to employee data management.
