Digital Catapult Group is seeking a People Data & Systems Manager to lead the development of our people systems, analytics and reporting capabilities. You will translate people data into meaningful insights to support smarter decision-making and drive improvements across processes and tools.
The role combines systems expertise, data analysis and continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to enhance employee experience and business performance.

We're looking for a People Data & Systems Manager to lead the development of our people systems, reporting and analytics capability, ensuring we have the insights, processes and tools needed to support an engaging and high-performing workplace. We're particularly interested in someone with a curious mindset and a willingness to explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance processes, strengthen insights and improve efficiency across the People function.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine systems expertise, data analysis and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate people data into meaningful insights and drive smarter ways of working.
This role can be based out of Belfast or London

£45,000 - £52,000(subject to experience) + discretionary bonus + competitive benefits package
