Job summary

Trustpilot, a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company, seeks a Senior People Analytics Manager to partner with cross‑functional teams, define and track metrics, and convert complex insights into clear recommendations shaping people strategies.

You will manage end‑to‑end analytics, automate processes, define primary metrics, and collaborate with Finance, Sales and People to evaluate performance, guiding executive decisions with data-driven stories.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data modelling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with BI and dashboarding tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Autonomous, fast learner with strong collaboration.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Looker, and BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end analytics and reporting; data extraction, validation, dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Define and track key metrics for the people team.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and People to gather data and assess metric performance.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for executives.
• Act as SME for the people function, increasing data literacy.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and maintain regular reporting cadence.
• Collaborate with Senior Director, Reward & Analytics to improve tooling and governance.
• Provide backup to Workforce Planning during peak periods.
