Job summary

The Go-Ahead Group is seeking a People Data Analyst to improve, cleanse and assure people data across Group and Operating Companies. You will support data preparation for HCM implementation, create reports, and help develop Power BI dashboards while ensuring data is accurate and secure.

Location is Newcastle or London Blackfriars with on-site work four days per week; the role is an FTC to December 2027 and reports to the People Systems & Insights Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people, payroll, workforce or operational data in a reporting, analyst, HRIS or shared services environment.
• Power BI experience is desirable, alongside an understanding of data mapping, data migration, system testing, data governance or reporting controls.

Responsibilities

• People Data Quality, Cleansing & Assurance.
• Support data preparation for HCM implementation, including data mapping and cleansing.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc people reports and support Power BI dashboard development.
• Act as a practical point of contact for people data and reporting queries.
