team.blue is expanding its HR analytics capability with a new Insights & Analytics Manager role. You will design a group-wide data framework, ensure data quality across HiBob and other systems, and deliver real-time dashboards for leaders across Europe.

With 5–7 years in people analytics, you will translate complex data into actionable insights for the CHRO and divisional leaders, driving strategic workforce decisions and transformational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence.
• Proven track record building HR analytics capabilities from early stage.
• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS; familiarity with Culture Amp and ATS platforms.
• Background in a company that has undergone structural transformation, M&A activity, or a shift to a more integrated operating model is a strong advantage.
• Experience presenting people data and insight to senior business leaders, including CEOs and board-level audiences.

Responsabilités

• Build the foundations: design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework with consistent definitions and data standards across divisions and countries.
• Deliver insight to the divisions: build dashboards for divisional HR Directors and CEOs and identify patterns and anomalies that carry business risk or opportunity.
• Enable strategic decision-making: develop workforce planning models and link people data to business performance metrics for leadership.
• Drive the analytics agenda forward: assess AI opportunities, develop internal capability, and advocate data-driven HR decisions.
