Job summary

Nominet is seeking a People Analytics Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract to support our HR Transformation and the rollout of a new HRIS. You will lead data governance, high‑quality reporting, and analytics to enable data‑driven decisions across the organisation.

You will develop self‑service dashboards, KPI frameworks and predictive insights while improving digital adoption and HR processes. A collaborative, proactive approach and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics and workforce reporting using modern BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with systems transformation or process improvement.
• Detail‑oriented and logical in approach.

Responsibilities

• Own HR data quality strategy and governance during the project.
• Develop self-service dashboards and MI in the new HRIS.
• Create workforce metrics and KPI frameworks.
• Provide predictive people insights and forecast workforce needs.
• Improve digital adoption and self-service workflows across HR users.
• Monitor usage, escalations and work with suppliers for improvements.
• Support AI-enabled HR tools and governance alignment.
