Job summary

RS Group is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to join the People Technology team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This global role delivers strategic people insights, advances analytics capability, and helps People leaders make data-driven decisions through workforce analytics.

You will partner with People, Finance, and Technology stakeholders, build dashboards and reports using Visier, SAP SuccessFactors data, and Power BI, and help implement predictive workforce planning across the UK and

Qualifications

Experience in People Analytics or HR analytics with large HR datasets.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data and reporting.
Experience using analytics and visualization platforms such as Visier, SuccessFactors Story Reports, Power BI.

Responsibilities

Shaping the people analytics roadmap and promoting data-driven decision making.
Translating business challenges into actionable analytics programmes.
Delivering high-impact people analytics projects and insights.
Driving adoption and business value from Visier and SuccessFactors Story Reporting.
Building and enhancing dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
Supporting workforce planning and predictive analytics initiatives.
Partnering with stakeholders across People, Finance and Technology.
Helping develop data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities across the organisation.
