Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience working with systems, tools and automation to lead headcount process
• Proactive mindset to deliver value and work independently interacting with many different stakeholders
• Experience with forecasting systems and visualization tools such as Databricks, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing
• Interest HR systems – possibly experience with cloud-based platforms

Aufgaben

• Serve as a subject matter expert across People Analytics domains, translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions and strategic recommendations
• Monitor and analyze workforce trends, organizational changes, and people-related metrics to identify risks and opportunities
• Build relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics with priorities
• Partner with People, Digital, and Finance to develop analytics capabilities and data-driven solutions
• Develop impact assessments and actionable insights related to workforce trends and colleague experience
• Summarize data into clear presentations and storytelling materials for senior leadership
• Collaborate across functions to provide strategic analytics recommendations
• Stay up to date with trends in People Analytics and data-driven HR decision-making
• Support additional analytics initiatives as required
