Job summary

LEGO Digital Play is seeking a P&C Tech & Payroll Lead to shape our people systems and payroll across the UK, Denmark, and the US. You will lead the selection and implementation of core HRIS and payroll stacks, design an in-house payroll function, and ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery for multiple markets.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and external advisers to ensure compliance, data privacy, and scalable processes, while championing process design and automation

Qualifications

• Must have track record leading multiple end-to-end P&C/HR system implementations across more than one platform.
• Proven success implementing payroll systems and bringing payroll in-house.
• Deep UK payroll experience including HMRC reporting, auto-enrolment & year-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end selection and implementation of core P&C tech stack (HRIS, payroll, connected systems) from requirements through adoption.
• Build and own in-house payroll function across UK, Denmark and US, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll cycles.
• Own integrations and data flows between people, payroll, finance and benefits systems with data integrity.
• Establish payroll processes, controls, and documentation to withstand audits and scale with growth.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and advisers on statutory reporting, tax, pensions and benefits compliance in each market.
• Identify process improvements via system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimization.
