Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager in People Planning & Analytics to lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting. You will turn data into actionable insights and partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to shape workforce decisions.

You’ll own the planning process, drive automation with Power BI and Power Automate, and build governance while acting as a trusted advisor across the business.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in strategic workforce planning.
• Advanced forecasting and analytics expertise.
• Proficient Power BI and Excel for data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve headcount planning with automation.
