Job summary

Trainline plc, based in London, is looking for a People Advisor to partner with mid-level managers, guiding organisational design and business transformation while driving performance and engagement.

You will collaborate with ER, L&D, and Talent Acquisition to shape processes, develop manager pathways, and enable a data‑led, commercially focused HR partnering approach across the People function.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational design and employee relations.
• Proven ability to coach managers through performance conversations.
• Experience driving process improvements with AI/automation is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support organisational design, restructures and business transformation initiatives, including collective consultation.
• Collaborate with ER and L&D to shape requirements and build ER workflows; develop manager development pathways.
• Coach managers on performance management, calibration, and constructive conversations.
• Identify process improvements, improve workflows, and embrace AI/automation to increase efficiency.
• Work with TA, Reward, Learning, People Ops and Legal to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Share best practices and help build a more strategic partnering model.
