Job summary

Trainline is seeking an Interim People Partner to partner with senior corporate leaders, shaping and delivering people strategies that drive business performance. The role blends strategic partnership with operational support, evolving the People Partnering team for more proactive, insight-led decision making.

You’ll collaborate across the People function to implement joined-up solutions, using data and trends to deliver measurable impact while guiding leaders through change in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a People Partner supporting Technology, Engineering or Data organisations.
• Proven track record in organizational design, change management and collective consultation.
• Commercially minded, using data and insights to shape people strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building and ability to coach senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior corporate leaders to shape and deliver people plans using workforce data and trends.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels, coaching on performance and engagement.
• Lead organizational design, restructures and transformation initiatives with appropriate consultation.
• Drive proactive people partnering with insights from health metrics and industry trends.
• Support development of a high-performance culture through coaching and tough conversations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning, People Operations and Legal to deliver integrated solutions.
• Share best practices and help evolve a more strategic partnering model across the function.
