Job summary

Artis HR in Cheltenham is seeking a People Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle and keep the People function running smoothly. You will work closely with the HR Manager, own day-to-day processes and help the business grow.

The role suits someone with HR or People experience, strong organisation, and a proactive, flexible approach. Hybrid working, 25 days leave, and bespoke benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/People role or HR administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR and employee queries.
• Support employee relations processes, including documentation and meetings.
• Coordinate recruitment activity and interview arrangements.
• Manage onboarding administration and new starter experience.
• Draft and update HR documentation (contracts, letters, policies).
• Support HR processes improvements and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist HR administration.
