Orion Electrotech is partnering with a UK-wide organisation to recruit a skilled People Advisor in Coventry. This hybrid role supports manager capability, ER cases, and people practices across a 500-strong workforce nationwide.

You will coach managers, advise on employment law, and contribute to policy development while building strong stakeholder relationships. A clear path toward Senior People Advisor and Business Partner roles is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR advisory experience.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards.
• Confident handling ER cases end‑to‑end.
• Strong employment law knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage varied Employee Relations caseload including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Coach and support managers through people‑related challenges.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across UK locations.
• Support organisational change and people initiatives.
• Assist in policy development and best practice improvements.
